Here’s what you should know about WarmSculpting™ with SculpSure®.

What is body contouring?

You’ve probably heard about body contouring. But do you really understand what it is?

Body contouring, also called nonsurgical liposuction, is a noninvasive, safe, and gentle way to spot-remove body bulges. During body contouring, doctors aim laser energy at your muffin tops and other unsightly areas and blast the fat cells that you couldn’t defeat with diet and exercise.

The laser energy passes through the outer skin layer and heats and destroys the fat cells in the dermis beneath. After the fat cells are destroyed, your body flushes them out of your system.

WarmSculpting with Sculpsure is a type of body contouring treatment.

How does WarmSculpting treatment work?

Everyone has their own aesthetic goals. During your initial consultation with our doctors, you identify the bulges you don’t like. The most common areas that respond well to WarmSculpting treatment are your:

At the start of your WarmSculpting treatment, we make sure you’re comfortable. Then, we aim the hand-held SculpSure device at the areas you want to contour. You might feel a gentle warming during the treatment, but you shouldn’t feel any pain.

The treatment takes about 25 minutes, so you can squeeze in a session before work or during your lunch break. There’s no downtime, so you can immediately resume normal activities.

Typically, you see the results of your WarmSculpting treatment in about six weeks. During that time, your body slowly tones up and slims down. Expect to see targeted areas lose 24% of their fat

To maintain results, you should eat healthy meals, drink lots of water, and exercise regularly. Even if you don’t, bulges won’t reappear in the places where you had body contouring, because those fat cells are dead and gone. But you could generate bulges in other places.

Am I right for WarmSculpting treatment?

WarmSculpting with SculpSure isn’t a weight-loss treatment. If you want or need to lose a lot of weight, the procedure isn’t right for you.

We recommend that you first lose weight by eating right and exercising. When you reach a body mass index (BMI) of 30 or below, then you should consider WarmSculpting treatment to target the fat and bulges that diet and exercise didn’t erase.
