Microneedling

Microneedling - This is a non-surgical procedure that promotes facial rejuvenation using our Eclipse microneedling device. This device creates controlled micro-injuries to the skin with its fine needles which allow microchannels in the skin to trigger the body to heal with new collagen and elastin production as well as increased product absorption. Microneedling can help you if you want to lighten stretch marks, reduce acne scarring, tighten sagging skin, reduce fine lines and even out skin pigmentation. PRP - Microneedling with your very own Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). PRP is a concentration of platelets in the blood that are crucial to wound healing. When used for skin rejuvenation, PRP releases growth factors into the skin, then expedites the body’s own repair process which stimulates new collagen and elastin production for up to 4 months after the treatment. A small blood sample will be taken and then centrifuged. The PRP will then be topically applied to the skin during and immediately following the microneedling procedure. This is an ideal treatment to boost the plumpness and rejuvenation of your skin while smoothing fine lines, wrinkles, and healing scars. 

HA (Hyaluronic Acid) - Microneedling with HA. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in our skin that binds to and absorbs water, giving fullness and plumpness to your skin. As water is absorbed by the acid it will create more volume, evening out fine lines, wrinkles, and scars. Combining HA with microneedling allows the skin to utilize the nutrients of the HA by up to 3000%. The HA will be applied during the microneedling procedure, followed by Skinmedica’s’ TNS Recovery Complex which contains growth factors, aiding in collagen production.
